Merge lists allows you to designate a Destination list and a Source list. Any list(s) selected as a source will get merged into the destination list. This allows you to better manage your contacts and eliminate duplicates. Only non-duplicate records will be added to the destination list.
To go to merge lists tool:
- Go to the Lists tab
- Navigate to List Tools drop-down
- Select Merge Lists
Options include tagging destination recipients with the source list name and the ability to remove source list(s) after merging.
